The Telangana State Board of Intermediate Education (BIE) released first and second year examination 2018 results at tsbie.cgg.gov.in and results.cgg.gov.in now. As per latest updates, TSBIE is expected to release the results at 9 am for both years. Nearly 9.63 lakh candidates appeared for both first and second year examinations this year of which nearly 4.36 lakh candidates are from the 1st year. Last year, it was about 4.14 lakh candidates. The first year exams were held from February 28 to March 17 while the second year exams were held from March 1 to March 19 at around 1,294 centres.
Telangana State Board of Intermediate Education which is abbreviated and known as Board of Education in Telangana, India (TSBIE). The board is established in the year 2014, which is located at Nampally, Hyderabad. The main activity of the board is to regulate and supervise the system of Intermediate education in Telangana State.
The candidates are examined in Part-I English, Part-II Second Language and Part-III Group subjects for 500 marks in 1st year. And 470 marks for HEG group, 470 marks for MPC Group. The percentage of pass marks in each paper is 35. The division in which the candidates are placed is decided on the basis of their passing all the papers in the 1st year and in the 2nd year. This year it has conducted the Inter 1st Year exams and the candidates who had appeared for the exam can check the results from the official website.
All the candidates are waiting for the result since last month. The date is not being finalized till date but they are about to release on 13th April 2018 (Expected) as the last year the results were declared on 16th April 2017. Telangana Intermediate Results 2018 is releasing shortly which will be published on the official website. The candidates who attended the examination can download the Toppers students list, district wise merit list, top ten students list and school wise result.
According to the latest updates, the TSBIE Board is planning to release the Intermediate results for both first and second-year examinations between April 12-15, 2018. However, the official confirmation on the exam result dates is yet to be received from the Board. Also, there was no information available on the official website of the board on result dates. This academic session, approximately 4,36,000 students have appeared for the Telangana Intermediate first 1st examinations and an equal number of students have also appeared for the 2nd year examinations.
