Veteran actress and BJP MP Hema Malini met with a road accident near Dausa in Rajasthan late on Thursday evening at around 9pm. According to reports, the actress was on her way to Jaipur when her Mercedez collided with a Maruti Alto. Hema, who was going from Mathura to Jaipur, was rushed to Fortis Hospital in Jaipur with head injuries. Her driver has also sustained leg injuries in the accident. He was been arrested for rash driving. Four persons, including two women who were in the other car were also injured severely and have been admitted to a hospital in Dausa. Doctors at the Fortis hospital said Hema has suffered injuries on the forehead and a CT scan and other tests were being conducted. And a two-year-old girl identified as Sonam, who was in the Alto, was killed.
