In a major medical procedure, Indian doctors have successfully implanted a valve to 81 year old woman which is made from cow's heart inside a leaking heart valve. The patient named Alluri Seethamma from Hyderabad had undergone a heart replacement surgery eleven years ago. In recent days her condition has become very serious after the valves narrowed over time and began failing. The original valve had narrowed over the years and her blood pressure was not healthy. Doctors advised that, surgery in such a condition is not a good option. Veteran actress and BJP MP Hema Malini met with a road accident near Dausa in Rajasthan late on Thursday evening at around 9pm. According to reports, the actress was on her way to Jaipur when her Mercedez collided with a Maruti Alto. Hema, who was going from Mathura to Jaipur, was rushed to Fortis Hospital in Jaipur with head injuries. Her driver has also sustained leg injuries in the accident. He was been arrested for rash driving. Four persons, including two women who were in the other car were also injured severely and have been admitted to a hospital in Dausa.
