Superstar Mahesh babu said "We are very proud to see Bahubali leading the Indian cinema with such a mesmerizing story and visual effects" on being asked about the postponement of his upcoming movie Srimanthudu. He further added that "We are not scared of getting a low collections or audiences while what all we wish is that both the movies have a sportive space causing no complications for the Telugu cinema industry Tollywood fans."

"I wish Bahubali movie team a great success and with all due respect to the hard work which has been laid over by many Indian film associated we have decided to release our movie a three weeks later after the release of Bahubali." Maheshbabu praised the SS Rajamouli celluloid Bahubali as an epic war action drama movie. “All of us should be proud of Baahubali. We should pray that the film turns out to be a blockbuster as its success is very important for our industry” said Maheshbabu. Bahubali crew has welcomed the humble gesture of Mahesh Babu with a tweet on the micro-blogging site Twitter as, “A big thanks to Superstar Mahesh Babu garu for his kind words. On behalf of Team #Baahubali, we wish you all the best for #Srimanthudu :) ”

I think it deserves to a solo release and we should respect it. It’s healthy to have two or three weeks’ gap between big releases” responding to such comments.
