The Gujarat Board for Secondary Education (GSEB ) also known as the Gujarat Secondary and Higher Secondary Education Board (GSHSEB) is one of the most popular educational board in Gujarat, India. In the year 1972, the Gujarat secondary and higher secondary education board was developed under the legislature of Gujarat state. In the past few years, the State has paid special importance on the education department and enhancing the quality of education. The state government has also introduced the district primary education program for making primary education compulsory and free for all students up to a certain age limit. The GSEB will provide the study materials and the syllabus print for the Gujarat students.
The Gujarat Secondary and Higher Secondary Education Board (GSEB) conduct the examinations twice in a year in the month of March and October, for SSC (Class 10) and HSC (Class 12). The Class 12th Board Examination for 2015 was successfully conducted by GSEB from 12 March 2015 to 27 March 2015.
